comparing with artifical leather, this items looks more matte, like a real bull leather. for vacuum pressing and membrane pressing, the required temperature is 220 celcious degree and needs to be vacuum pressed for about 120 seconds, this is normally set by machine itself.
the related size of this pvc decoative film is 0.35mm*1400mm, it is used for high class furmiture making. for thickness below 0.35mm, you can not get a good anti-scatch effect and can not get an excellent effect of vacuum pressing. the edge of woodboard will turns white because the thickness is not thick enough. so we suggest to use 0.35mm.
