China Nanmu design pvc decorative film and melamine paper for decoration
This design pvc decorative film and melamine paper is suitable for furniture decoration, say, doors, tables, cardboards etc.. the best way is to use vacuum pressing , membrane pressing , wrapping and flat lamination to decorate your furinture. at home, for small part decoration, say , a piece of table surface, the self adhesive type can be used.
For vacuum pressing and membrane pressing,please use 0.20mm above thickness to 0.35mm. width is 1250mm to 1420mm. for flat lamination, 0.12~0.15mm is suitable with 1250mm width. for self adhesive type, please use 0.30mm*1200mm for do it yourself. Melmaine paper then need to do in factory, can not be done at home by hand.
Vacuum pressing membrane pressing :
0.25~0.30mm*1250mm~1420mm, with temperature 220 celcious degree and pressing time 120 seconds.
flat laminaitn and wrapping, with 0.12~0.15mm*1250mm with temperature 20~25 celcius degree and glue
with melamine paper, need 70g paper and with temperature 180 celcious degree.
