this photo is taken under daylight or fluorescent lamp light. you see it is as matte as a normal pvc decorative film, you can not see its shining factor. this kind of film processing way is the same as normal pvc film, it can be used for vacuum pressing, membrane pressing and flat lamination. their operation conditions are same as normal pvc decorative films.
their vacuum pressing condition is 220 celsius degree with 120 seconds and cold lamination is under 20~30 celsius degree. even with 220 celsius degree, the shining metallic powder is still remain same and stable as before process and keep for as long time as it to be.
the related size for this kind of film is 0.16mm~0.45mm*1420mm, as it is matte, we suggest 0.30~0.35mm*1420mm for daily decoration use. it is with primer , without protective film on surface.
