3D linen fabric design pvc decorative film for decoration
this pvc decorative film is ok for vacuum pressing , wrapping and flat lamination. the related machine is vacuum pressing machine and wrapping machine or flat lamination machine. the glue is hot melt glue or cold lamination glue for mdf or woodboard or plastic board.
to process rightly this film, we suggest below conditions for operators:
vacuum pressing temperature : 200~220celsius degree. the pressing time is 120 seconds
wrapping machine uses hot melt glue, no other requirements , it is easy to operate on your machine
flat lamination process is the same as wrapping, just use hot melt glue and then do on your flat lamination machine
the related specification of this item for each process is below:1. vacuum pressing : 0.25~35mm * 1400~1420mm, with vacuum pressing glue
2. wrapping and flat lamination : 0.12~0.18mm*850mm~1260mm with hot melt glue
