KWADPU walnut design pvc decorative film for decoration
this walnut color has 4 kinds of colors, yellow, black, brown and light grey. it is suitable for wallpaper, melamine paper, cardboard,kitchen cabinet , the method is by self adhesive, vacuum press, flat lamination.
the vacuum pressing condition : 220 celcius degress, needs 1400mm at least for its width and pressing time is about 120 seconds. flat lamination needs cold glue , self adhesive is with water base glue or oil base glue.
the pvc film specifications for each process is below:
vacuum press: 0.18mm~0.45mm with width 1400~1420mm, with primer at backside
flat lamination : 0.12mm~0.18mm with width 850~1260mm, without primer at backside
self adhesive : 0.12mm~0.18mm with width 450mm~1220mm, with water base glue or oil base glue,
base paper is from 60g ~140g, it depends on users' choice.
