Solid Color PVC Edge Banding
our PVC edge banding is different from that made by casting. We first use calender film as medium layer, then put protective layer on surface. casting edge banding film has no protective on surface. so our pvc edge banding has longer life time than casting edge banding. use top grade PVC resin raw materials to make, it is easy to wrap onto edge of MDF by hand or machine, no peeling happen, no broken happen, adhesive with MDF firmly , color can match face color 98%. no fold white , color Pigments on surface is protected by surface film, color will not be scratched off. can be made into 3D texture on surface.
