This design is made into both pvc film and melamine paper. it can be used on wall, floor , as well as door, table surface bu flat lamination and vacuum pressing.
when it laminated with MDF wall panel and ground floor, the wall and floor can match each other, under yellow light, they looks different, showing exquisite, fluent and honorable color. by vacuum pressing or membrane pressing, the table cover can be decorated into same design and color, the operating equipment and operating condition is below:
memberane press machine or vacuum pressing machine, with glue spraying on MDF , the operating temperature is 220 celsius degree and pressing time is 120seconds.
pvc decorativ film or melamine paper size :
thickness: 0.12~0.45mm paper : 70~80gram
pvc film width : 950~1420mm paper width : 1220mm *2440mm
with primer for pvc film and with melamine impregnated for paper
surface effect: matte or glossy
surface treatment : uv coated or non-uvcoated.
