Golden marble is usually used on ground, wall and hall wall , the pvc decorative film is laminated onto MDF or plastic wall panel or brick wall before they are installed.
this design is can be used to process by vacuum pressing machine, wrapping machine and lamination machine onto MDF. For high gloss surface, we will put protective film on it, for matte surface, then no need protective film. for vacuum pressing, it needs 220 celsius degree, the heating and process time is 120 seconds.
Main parameter : thickness 0.08~0.50mm, width: 450~1420mm, with primer or without primer, it depends on buyer's needs. gloss or matte surface, user can cut it into any size you need, say , used for edge banding. all our films and melamine paper are all non-toxic, they are healthy to human and environment.
