Jamaica Ebony Design pvc decorative film is used for both flat lamination, vacuum pressing or membrane pressing. it is anti-heat, anti-scratch, with 4 kinds of main colors inside, by cold lamination or hot pressing at 220 centidegrees with time 120 seconds.
with 3D texture on surface, it is lightly anti-scratches , anti-water, heat below 150centidegrees is safe to this type after it is installed onto a table or furniture. by glue on flat lamination machine, it is well
laminated with MDF as it has a very nice lay flat. for heat pressing, need thickess above 0.18mm , if your MDF surface is coarse, then need 0.30mm or above.
