Russian black oak woodgrain design matte pvc decorative film
this woodgrain pvc decorative film and melamine paper can all be pressed onto MDF by pressing machine.
for pvc film then it is operated with vacuum pressing or membrane pressing machine or flat and wrapping machine onto MDF or real woodboard. the size for different machine is from 1250mm~1420mm, and thicknes is just decided by user.
For vacuum pressing or membrane pressing, then you need to increase temperature to 220 celsious degree on your machine before doing pressing, the pressing time is from 110~120seconds, for flat lamination or wrappig, just do it in normal temperature with glue. for small thickness, say , 0.12mm , then just use very thin glue to stick and press onto your MDF.

SG: 1.40g/cm^3 MOQ : 30000m with or without primer.
Rigidness: 95~100 shore A
No change of surface after 24hr exposure
No change of appearance for at least 10 years (Interior use and under ideal condition)
No visual change of gloss in elevated temperature of 120oC
No change of emboss with 100 ± 5oC cylinder for 20 seconds
