on 9:00 Oct.12th morning, our pvc decorative film sales devision team arrived at planned destination :
Guangzhou panyu training base.
9:30 the team began First project: trust to your member -- fall backward on your member
10:00 did the 2nd project : Help from each other -- walk on single rope with the help of your team member
10:30 began problem solving--- team meeting to discuss how to solve a problem, try to finish it within
given time, tools and place.
12:00 lunch and resting
13:30 project implementing, it has 3 steps:
project set up, planning , implementing.
15:30 war two teams to war by false gun.
16: 30 traning over.
